What did you think you would never ever do... but did?

I never thought I would be a teacher - but that's because I had never considered the exact kind of teaching that I do, adult ESOL.
I never thought I would have a child at the age I did, nor that I would take to it so well. The same probably goes double or triple for my husband.
I never thought I would learn Spanish or go to Mexico.
I never thought I would be able to use the word "amortization" correctly in a sentence.
I never thought I would worry about my weight and struggle to lose extra pounds.
